Dote is a product currently in development by Timeland LLC (“Timeland”, “Dote”, “we”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to the public informational website at dote.chat. It describes the limited information that may be processed when you visit this website or contact us.
1. Current website scope
The public Dote website currently provides company information, product information, support contact details, and policy documents. It does not currently provide Dote user accounts, AI conversations, character publishing, community features, subscriptions, or in-product payment functionality.
2. Information that may be processed
Website delivery information. When you visit dote.chat, hosting, network, and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested pages, and security-related request metadata.
Information you send to us. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message so that we can respond to you and keep appropriate support or business records.
3. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
At the time of this version, Dote does not use advertising trackers or product analytics scripts on the public website. Hosting and network providers may use technical mechanisms that are necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website.

Dote is still in development. Before a public product processes account data, conversations, user-created content, payments, or other product data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those activities and the controls available to users.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, product, infrastructure, or applicable requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current published version.
